Hotel breakfast was horrible overall cleanliness of facility was poor and the room it self was dingy looking and had a mildew smell that wouldn't go away. I'm from Houston TX and I would never recommend anyone to stay there.

Left a lot to be desired The hotel was pretty run down- elevators, ice machines, etc broken and the cleanliness left a lot to be desired (toilet paper wasn’t even refilled when they “cleaned”). The pillows and bed were uncomfortable. We won’t be staying there again.

The hotel had flies in the main lobby and breakfast area as well as in the room. The carpet was not vacuumed, overall cleanliness was poor. No one was at the front desk upon arrival - had to wait 15 minutes before someone attended to me. Would not recommend this hotel to friends or family.

First and last Pros: Nothing Cons: Everything Location: Good location Horrible experience. Waited 30 mins to get checked in because the guy on duty never showed up. Thank god for the guy in the midnight shift that came when we where waiting in the lobby at 11:39 pm after an 11 hr drive. Then the room smelled WORSE than an ASHTRAY. Even tho they make you sign a 250$ fine if you smoke, my eyes hurt from the smell of the room. Filthy rooms and very rude front desk staff who did not once apologize for the state of the three rooms that we attempted to stay in. Every rooms had blood spots and bodily fluids visible on the beds.

Renovated but dirty Our GPS had a hard time finding the hotel because of all of the construction going on but we were finally able to find it on our own. The area isn't horrible, plenty of places to eat and super target right across the street but it's hard to drive or walk anywhere, again because of the construction. Very easy access to I-25 though. don't stay here Parking lot closed off due to construction. First room: the beds weren't made, and there was black ashes in the toilet! Second room, appeared to have furniture missing, they had the air blasting and it was freezing! Turned the heater on and it smelled like it was about to start fire! We did not stay and they made no effort to fix the charges!!!
Ok for price. Room was clean but common areas could have been better. Room TV remote didn't work. Hallway needed vacuumed, workout room was dirty, no water in cooler, no remote for tv in workout room.
