I gave this hotel a disappointing rating primarily because our room was $318.00 for one night, They claimed it had been updated, if it had they didn't spend much. To start they are under staffed and not the sharpest ,our room had 2 towels ,a half roll of toilet paper,no water bottles,and 2 paper cups.We hwere told about the hot breakfast in the morning,only items hot were the self made waffles or microwave oatmeal.There was no eggs ,meat ,potatoes or anything else. Again $318.00.

Nice hotel, clean rooms. There was only one working elevator, but it was close to our room. Breakfast was good, but no meat. My boyfriend took a shower and the tub drained slowly (4-5 inches of standing water), so I called the front desk and was immediately put on hold. After 5-10 minutes of being on hold, I decided to walk down to the front desk. Nobody was at the desk, and no employee showed up at the desk the entire time we waited (20-30 minutes). Family vacation Close to he train station and comfortable beds. Hotel is in process of remodel so the upgrades were nice. Large pool area. Slow elevators and only one was working. Hot and stuffy hallways. Hot breakfast only meant waffles, so that was a disappointment. As well as employees gathering their food while guests could still also eat.

Smelled terrible in the halls, dogs everywhere, vending machines out of order, one elevator for all guests, trash cans overflowing outside and trash in hallways. No sink in the room, very outdated the ceiling was coming down above shower.

All I wanted was a nice bath and the pool! Got to the hotel at 830.. The man at the counter acted like I had interrupted his whole night not welcoming at all. After a long trip all I wanted was to get in the pool and relax a bit.. Got down to the pool and the pool was so cloudy you could barely see the lights on the side of the pool let alone the bottom.. Never treated worse in my life!! Gum on the headboard. Door is broken and when I complain, the staff refuse to look at the door. They offer to change rooms by refuse to bring me the room key. I hen I go to get the key he says he’s calling police for breaking and entering. Nobody broke in!!! I refuse to deal with the police and say that’s his problem. We get kicked out in the middle of the night and had to sleep in a parking lot in our car. This is unacceptable!! We had to fight for our own refund because Expedia would not. M... read more

Great stay, too many bugs We travel with our dog so this hotel was our pick due to pets being welcomed. Unfortunately when we checked in, the window to our suite was open and we found spiders and moths in our suite all 3 nights that we were there. There's no telling how long the window was open but finding bugs in our suite over and over again made our stay feel less than clean. Other than this I have no complaints about our stay.
