the room was nice but the beds were HORRIBLE. the springs were coming out of one bed. We checked out after 1 night because my wife who was in town for a medical procedure told me she would rather be in constant pain that one more night on the bed(s).

This hotel is definitely not 3 stars. The double rooms have small full-size beds instead of queen. They do not mention that it is pet friendly. There were stains on the bed sheets. We ran out of tissue twice because they only gave us one roll at a time. The staff were not friendly and did not care that I almost slipped because they're was no wet floor sign out. My experience would be have been so much better

Staff OK. Facility needs upgrade Staff was friendly on check in and helpful with one problem. However, a "bait and switch" extra deposit charge was added when checking in. This extra deposit held against my credit card was not not explained or shown when room was originally booked. Poor business practice that leaves bad taste for future referrals or bookings.

Will not return We chose this hotel based on the fact that our usual was booked. We had promised the kids a pool, and as I chatted at check in with the clerk I clearly mentioned that fact to the clerk when I asked what the pool hours were. Instead of telling me that the heater was broken and the pool unheated in the dead of winter (and had been broken for some time) I found out the hard way on my own after getting 3 excited kids changed and down there. The only area that was a little disappointing was the cleanliness of the hallways. People kept leaving trash in the hallway.

Would not recommend staying here Bad place to stay at, the bed was dirty and smelled nasty when we asked to change bed sheets they just handed us new sheets and told us to do it ourselves. And then housekeeping was trying to kick us out, they said we were moved to another room but no one said anything about it and had issues about what room we had to stay at. The staff was rude The staff was rude, the room was messy and smelled bad & there’s also a $75 holding fee no one mentions upon staying there.

Pool Rooms were clean. The Pools were filthy, we chose this hotel for the indoor pool. The ceiling tiles falling apart. They were way under staffed and The manager was only in for a couple hours at a time.
