Get directionsWhen we checked in wehad to haul our luggage up 4 flights of stairs, when i notified the front desk about the elevator they did not even apologize. When we were at the pool the pool towels were empty,i notified the desk and no towels werecreplaced and we were told tough luck nothing till tommorrow. There was also a very heavy cannibas smell.

room was gross first room smelled like mold moved to New room there was dirty towels. i paid extra for the jet tub suit for us to get in the room and the jet tub was disgusting dirty and drains were falling off and rusty so was a waste to upgrade the shower looked like it had never been cleaned had all kinds of brown stuff in the bottom and around the edge. i was very disappointed by the pictures you would think this was a decent hotel but that is very misleading.

The stay was good but I can say the room could of been cleaner because there was still food and what looked to be idk wat splattered on wall

LOOKS CAN BE DECEIVING!!! CAT AND DOG HAIR ALL OVER THE ENTIRE ROOM! FLOORS AND BEDS HAD DOG/CAT HAIR AS WELL. WE WERE IN A ROOM WHICH ANIMALS WEREN'T SUPPOSED TO BE IN. SECOND ROOM OF THE NIGHT HAD URINE ON TOILET AND FLOOR. BATHTUB WASN'T CLEAN EITHER SOMEONE HAIR WAS ON THE WALL. NEXT DAY MOVED TO ANOTHER ROOM AND HAD ANTS FOR THE REMAINDER OF OUR STAY. Make sure to thoroughly read about the hotel Outside is not as impressive looking as the inside. The inside looked like it has some modern renovation. The breakfast was not appealing. Just the same cereal, breads, yogurt coffee juice. The mattress in the the sofa bed was completely falling apart. The sheets were not readily available in the room for the sofa bed. Don’t stay here! Horrible incompetent house keepers stir up drama here with guests and got me a bogus 75$ room charge due to “pet damage” of “dog food and confetti” being on the floor. Place is a joke. House keeper was offended because I got irritated she wouldn’t vacuum my floor. Place is just annoying and I can’t believe they hit me with a 75$ charge for DAMAGE when there was no damage and it would have taken me 20 minutes TOPS to clean our room. Never staying at another la Quinta.

Roomy and clean We checked in at 3 pm and the clerk was incredibly slow and had difficulty find our reservation. Our first room heater was inoperative. We waited two hours for heat and was advised that the wall thermostat did not work and to use the window unit. As the window unit was set a 80 degrees and there had been no adjustment in temp we were moved us to another room. Hotel issues We had dogs, so we may have just gotten an older room. The beds were very uncomfortable, and the couch as well was stiff as a board. The bathroom door didn't work, light was out, and it looked like someone got into a fight in there, there were holes in shower, toilet broke etc. the pool was freezing and the cable kept going out. Disappointed The shower floor was dirty had to clean it myself then got accused of smoking in my room when it was a couple Doors Down.. so I made management come in on the dead check out to prove that everything checked out okay and then there were is a hotel guest doing drugs in her car
