Would stay here again when in NYC! Windows were quite dirty. Small single elevator was slow at times. Staff was terrific. Room was large and bed was very comfortable. Breakfast was great with lots of options. Location was very good for our visit.

Inexpensive clean hotel in great location on Upper West Side. Bathroom in our room was quite a bit run down and needed some strong attention to detail. Elevator took forever. We ended up taking the stairs to the 11th floor a few times. Breakfast definitely needed a revamp and someone to make sure it was hot. If you're looking for an inexpensive hotel on the Upper West Side, that is clean and in a good area this is it. Adequate for it’s purpose The bare minimum was done in terms of tidiness. My duvet inner kept falling out of sheets, base covers not neatly folded over corners, and housekeeping trolley was in narrow hallway all day in same spot. Location is perfect. Right by central park and a lovely neighbourhood. Helpful that we could keep our luggage in lobby until next stay.

Snug but tidy rooms in an excellent location with a very friendly staff It's NYC so the rooms are VERY small. Our room had a full-size bed (NOT a queen), two side tables, a small nook for clothes and a tiny bathroom. Seriously - manage your expectations. The rooms are about 10x10 for the double bed. Strangely, there were no lamps on the side tables, only one very bright overhead light so evenings in the room felt weird. There are no USB ports either, so bring your own cords and block.
