great value and location one of the staff members was rude. we slept in one morning (11 am) and asked the cleaning staff if she can come back later. she said imagine that and smacked her lips. when we came back at five, she rudely told us we had to wait until she was done because she had just gone up there. although we never took advantage, they had complimentary breakfast. most of the staff was nice.
Rooms small/staff so-so/safe close location to Central Park breakfast food ran out and had no bananas. Close to Central Park Safe location

Generally, it is nice the petty good hotel for short vacation. There was a loud noise of the air condition unit from neighbor's building. A very good location

bien placé, mais pas au top ! le petit dejeuner ! 100 personnes pour 25 places assises !! les gens dejeunent debout ou vont s’asseoir dans les couloir ! affreux et indecent ! et franchement a plus 200€ la nuit inadmissible ! en plus un seul mini assenceur pour l’hotel .. les gens montent tous ou descendent a pied !!! de puis le 8 eme ! on etait au 7 et on pouvait attendre 20 minutes facile que l’assenceur veuille venir ! afffreux ! la situation a 50 metres de central park !
