Reasonably priced Central Park hotel. The breakfast room was mobbed by 9. Since I'm not an early riser, I decided to sleep in in the mornings and get my own bagel around the corner. The location, right near Central Park and the C train, couldn't have been better. Short walk to Lincoln Center. Beautiful, quiet block of brownstones, with eateries just a block or two away.

Wonderful location, friendly staff, very small rooms. The room was much smaller than the pictures showed for the price we paid. Also there is only one elevator and it's very small, and can take a long time to show up especially if you're on a higher floor. The location of the hotel was superb! Right by Central Park. The staff was helpful and courteous. The beds were comfortable and clean.

Needs a few improvements, but we would stay there again. Once again, the location is fantastic! Small rooms, ripped lampshade, caulking unsightly around sink and really needs repair. Bedsheets old and worn/thin—was glad we brought our own. Breakfast ok, nothing special. Location, price, friendly, helpful front desk staff.
