Pleasant stay with minor compromises The whole building looks a bit old, rooms are very small and a bit neglected. Only one lift to serve the property used by both housekeeping staff and customers Location very close to Central Park West, with friendly staff, very polite and helpful.
That does the job The rooms are much smaller than in the photos. We can’t open the windows. The air conditioner works well but is very noisy. About the breakfast, it’s pretty good but the room is really too small. We’ve been waiting at least for 10 minutes each day to sit. The cleaning staff use the only elevator to carry their trolleys so you often have to wait a long time before you can use it. The big strength is clearly the location ! The bathroom is good.
