Great stay It's Manhattan, so our room was tiny, but that's all we needed since we were out and about most of the trip. Great location, right between Central Park and Columbus Ave. So many restaurants and coffee shops. It was so great to be able to walk straight into Central Park in about five minutes. Staff were friendly. It was clean. Price was great for Manhattan.

good location and bed. the clearing staff used the elevator in the afternoon and it was difficult to get up to our room with was on the 14th floor. some of the reception staff were Rise to the husets. fantastic kingsize bed. the location is great.
Good I had trouble changing the date, because the girl at the reception told me booking was supposed to change the date, not the hotel itself. Her name was Kirstain, she had a terrible attitude, so rude with us, but then the manager came and offered me a solution, and it was ok, thank you. The room was clean, the breakfast was good, and the housekeeping staff was nice. The manager helped me out.
