Good The elevator wasn't efficient for the number of guests and staff using it. The breakfast area was too small for the guests. The location was great. Christie and Claudia were very helpful during our stay. Complimentary breakfast iwas adequate.
Excellent location and good value As expected in NYC, things are very tight, when it comes to space. The bathroom and rooms were tiny and the one elevator was constantly in use. I loved the location. We were able to leave our room and run around central park each morning. It was great. We also appreciated the breakfast, but you need to get there early or they will run out. :)
