Poor Las instalaciones bastante descuidadas. El cuarto súper incómodo para lo que pagué. El desayuno no estaba tan mal.
Very Poor O elevador não funcionava e fui colocado no 11 andar. O quarto alternativo estava com vazamento e finalmente me recolocaram num quarto no 6 andar, para amenizar as subidas de escadas. No café da manhã, por 2 dias a máquina de café quebrou. A tv do quarto não funcionava e a água quente também não. O lugar é um completo caos. Apenas a localização, que é excelente.
Disappointing
Terrible place to stay. It’s the dirtiest carpets we’ve ever seen. The ac is totally inadequate. One small elevator for guests and staff makes it impossible to use. Honestly the worst hotel we’ve ever stayed in. Great location, just the place up. Great location.
Very Poor Dirty warn carpets in the room.and halls. Sheets were.washed but still had stains, dust ruffle on beds dirty and torn, handle to direct air on air conditioner broken, shower staul grout dirty and no hook on nside bathroom door to hang clothes while showering, bathroom very small, TV desk stand 1 leg tilted inward while the other side attached to dresser uneven and barely hanging on with 1 nail. Breakfast was sufficient and the room was quiet for sleeping.
Wish I’d spent a little more and stayed somewhere else. The rooms were very small. Smaller than they appear in the photos. The smallest I’ve ever stayed in, including in Europe. My double room was about 8’x10’, not including the bathroom, which was also very small- about cruise ship sized. Barely any space on one side of the bed, and the other side was pushed up against the wall. The air conditioning was loud- I needed sleep meds to fall and stay asleep with the AC noise. Une expérience catastrophique pour laquelle nous attendons maintenant un remboursement des 3 nuits non utilisées Nous sommes arrivés dans un établissement avec un comptoir encombré, sans véritable espace d’accueil. L’escalier était mal entretenu et sale, l’ascenseur très ancien. La chambre était minuscule, sans aucune clarté ( au 3eme étage, elle donnait sur un puits sans lumière du jour). Pessima, não indicaria! Os funcionários não são receptivos, as instalações do hotel são muito velhas, extremamente desconfortável e pequeno. Zero custo benefício. Localização.
