Bad AC and WiFi but cheap and close The wifi was HORRIBLE cut out every other minute made it essentially unusable. The AC barely worked and the room never got cold. The elevator was awful and so slow, small, and awkward The location and staff were great. No cleanliness issues or anything
UNLESS cleanliness improves drastically, this hotel should be closed down for ever. Room was extremely DIRTY, dirty bedsheet, dirty pillow cover, dirty carpet inside the room and outside the room. Dirty reception area, dirty breakfast area. I could not even sleep properly at night, as there were stains on the bed sheet and pillow cover. Disappointing Breakfast was not eatable! Breakfast room was way too hot. No waffles/pancakes. Fruit was soggy. Bathroom floor felt a bit dirty. We found the bathroom window open and at night we could hear movement, so we assumed there was a rat. Couldn’t sleep well because of that. Location is great and felt safe walking at night. Zucker’s Bagels is right around the corner, their bagels are amazing!

Он был грязный с ужасным запахом, постель грязная и жёлтая в разных волосах, как буто бы не менялась пол года при каждодневном использовании. Под матрасом засохшая блевотина и это ужасно. Very Poor The room is very very very small. it is not as shown in the pictures on their website. I liked the location where the hotel is at.
Location perfect, room clean and comfortable, but building and carpets need upgrading. Only one elevator for 13 floors - took forever to get to 12th floor. Carpets in hallways not clean. Not able to open some window blinds in the room. One window not closing properly. Location perfect; breakfast good
Fair The hotel was (in my opinion) average - but the location is exceptional and more than compensated.
