Disappointing
Good location, great staff. Dissapointing hotel Windows in room could not close, curtains were broken this did that room unfortunatly was extremely cold each night and made us sick. Walls are paper thin you hear every step people make outside, and the 1 elevator is extremely slow and small for a hotel hosting guest at 14th floors, and creates waiting Lines for the elavator. would never recommend everything bad. not good, personal was extrem rude. i could never recommend this to anybody. they even asked for a translater for Spanish, a language I can’t speak, although I speak perfectly English. they do errors and don’t want to find a solution!
Run away! Insect bites! Bedrooms are so very small and equipment isn’t good. Refurbishment is absolutely necessary and cleanup of the windows as well. But more importantly they have sanitary issues, I got insect bites all over my body at the beginning of my stay. The lady at the front desk called 911 and gave us another bedroom and cash for the laundry to clean up my clothes in case of bed bugs. Bad old, dirty and some insects
Oui pour l emplacement La propreté n est pas du tout au top, hormis la dame du petit dej a partir du moment où l on ne maîtrise pas l anglais ils ne sont pas très agréable. Les vitres sont carrément opaques et les odeurs du couloir pas terrible. la chambre est plutôt cher, on est a ny c est sur, mais quand même.... L emplacement est parfait on ne peut pas mieux faire. Le petit dej est inclus avec du choix et très copieux. La literie est top et le fait que ce soit très calme.
