Left reservation earlier than expected. Roaches were unbearable. Reception was nice enough to refund me for the night that I will not be staying there. Will be contacting manager for refund for the night I stayed there.
you get what you pay for too small, there were bugs in the room, the bathroom/toilet does not have an exhaust the proximity to everything

Bad Too dirty, the floors, the windows...really a bad looking room. I had to change the hotel immediately, even if I had to pay for the first night. Good location
Disgusting Room 706 has bed bugs and roaches I was bitten all over my arms and face. First I thought it was spider bites but on the 2nd day I had more bites. Checked under the mattress didn't see anything but the third night I saw 2 roaches in my bathroom and 2 bed bugs crawling on my sheets. It was not spider bites I checked out as soon as I saw them crawling on my sheets The night staff disregarded my complaint when I showed him the bed bugs and as I immediately checked out in the middle of the night a second staff member ... read more

Horrible frontdesk service The front desk service was the most unprofessional and unpolite I've ever experienced. Their payment system also has trouble processing international bank cards. We cancelled our stay due the poor customer service and unacceptable treatmemt of guests. Avoid this hotel. They gave us a full refund after we decided to cancel our booking due to atrocious service delivery on the first day of our stay.
Fine, not great. Staff gave us the wrong room without telling us, then promised us a discount on our stay. Then the following morning, the front desk staff got defensive when we asked for our discount to be applied. She told us she was a supervisor, and the only one who could approve discounts. We later found out she was not a supervisor, and the another front desk person was able to speak with the manager to get a small discount for us. They never did provide us with the Queen room we had reserved. Said they were overbooked... read more
