Location is good Room is very small and it smelly. Very close to central park

Disappointing small, run down room and bathroom. did not feel clean. only one small elevator for entire hotel so needed to wait a long time to get into an elevator. breakfast was good; staff was helpful; location was good.

room was so small for the price paid. rooms were small and dingey really friendly and helpful front desk.
Never again. The dishonored my reservation in the middle of the night, and then charged me. It is an ongoing dispute

You could probably stay in a hotel with cleaner/working facilities for a similar value elsewhere. Our hotel room was without power for the majority of our stay. The hotel staff were nice when we told them about it, but didn't do much to fix it. The power did not return until we were about to leave the room to check out the next day. Also, the hotel is advertised on this website as having parking, but that wasn't the case; ultimately, I'm not sure I'd book with them again. The staff was always friendly and welcoming.
