Bad I booked a room with 2 beds and 500+ square feet. I received a room of 100+ square feet and could not unpack my suitcase. There was always a long line for the elevator so I had to take the stairs every time. I got out of the elevator to get to my room upon just checking in at 6pm and there was a huge bag of trash in the doorway. I had to move it down the very narrow hall to be able to drag my luggage by to get to my room. I could not get a room with 2 beds and could not get anybody at Booking.com to help me out. Fair I was told it was one of the best rooms but only half a bathtub. dripping sound most nights. breakfast was very poor quality location close to Central Park

Disappointing The room was advertised as a double queen room. It was a single and one double size bed. It was noisy. The hallway door banged all through night at all hours. The bathroom was super small. It was close to the 1 and C line.

Look for another hotel I asked for a refund as soon as I got to my room. The door’s locker was broken aka not working at all so anybody could open it from the outside. The sheets were dirty yellowish and that was human hair in the bed that wasn’t mine. I booked a queen bed and that was a twin bed for sure. Me and parter didn’t fit week together. The bathroom was disgusting, the floor was greasy, the toilet seat was broken, the room was dirty and yet had a very strong smell of bleach. It smelled like cigarettes too. The worse

THE WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!!! Michelle whom I think works the PM shift was the rudest Front Desk Agent I’ve ever had to deal With, She gave me so much attitude (and ignored me the rest of my stay) just because I complained about the room she had given me, I’ve stayed at many La Quinta Properties before and this was the worst, Everything about it was TERRIBLE!!! I will never stay here again. Michelle made my stay really uncomfortable!!! NOTHING!!! ABSOLUTELY NOTHING!!!

Fair Common spaces were VERY cramped and dingy. Room was adequate and relatively clean, but just barely large enough for a roller. Location of hotel, bed was comfortable
