Needs attention to details. Poor heating system. Basically a window air unit that also heated , but fan was on constantly and room was always cold. King bed with four very small, thin pillows. Upon check-in, only two towels and one face cloth in room which was reserved for two guests. When I explained this to receptionist, she thought I was asking for two towels and one face cloth. Many of the window blinds were tattered and dusty. Ice machine in lobby but no ice buckets available. Overall, not great. Location was great.

Me senti engañado. Publicidad engañosa La habitacion era pequeña Estaba en el piso 14. Los asensores no funcionaban bien. La ropa de cama la hacian cada 3 dias. La habitacion era mas chica que en la foto. Y decia 3 camas y solo habian 2.. :((

Disappointing La limpieza, las cobijas se encontraba rotas y manchadas, durante mi estadía de 7 noches, no realizaron aseo a mi habitación. El desayuno no tiene variedad y debes llegar muy temprano o ya no tendrás nada de comer. Quiero pensar que una posible causa a esta situación haya sido la temporada, pero por el precio que pague por mi estadía este hotel debería estar mejor preparado. Unfortunately, I wouldn’t stay here again in the future and I wouldn’t recommend this hotel to anyon The room was tiny, it looks way bigger in pictures. The bathroom was tiny as well, i couldnt even enjoy my shower. Also the water was coming out brown when I first turned on the water. The towels and washcloths weren’t clean, there was hair on them, I wasn’t comfortable the one bit whole weekend. I really enjoyed the location and the breakfast was really good.
