Not bad, but not sure if I would stay again. Location is top notch but there are some quality issues The hallways smelled like cigarette and marijuana smoke, and the walls were very thin. We woke up to someone fighting with their partner at 2 am in morning! The room was clean, though very small. AC/Heat worked fine, so did the shower and tv. Breakfast was ok-ish (bread, pastries, cereal, coffee, juice) was all they had, but free is free. I also liked the 24/7 access to coffee and hot chocolate. Great location, across the str... read more

Very bad!!!!!! First! We were disappointed to realize that our booking was not updated in the system so the clerk claimed that booking was not updated! Okay then he needs to make a reservation, it took us more than an hour and a half to wait in front of the clerk and until we finally get a key after we pay our eyes darkened to see a single person's bedroom he claimed it was a double while we booked kingsize and a room maybe 10 meters while we ordered 24 meters, There is no connection between the booking and reality at the ho... read more

Very Poor Room was cold all night, pillows were the size of a couch pillow, room was super small for a deluxe King Was on the top floor so nice view
