Disappointing The room was cold and didn’t warm up until the next day. Asked for extra blankets 5 times after 2.5 hours I got them. Asked for a external heater, said they would bring it up and never did. Asked for portable crib only got one when I went down and pick it up my self. There was hair (not ours) on the comforter. The tap water was horrible and they limited the bottled water. It was a great location. Nice to have breakfast.

Disappointing First of all, I cannot tolerate roaches(small house roaches that are disgusting) and there were way too many creeping out on the dresser, the shower and near the bed. That is a huge NO-GO. Also room service was lacking, and they didn't have coffee packets to supply for the coffee maker. They have to do better with the roach issue as otherwise the room seemed very clean. The best part is the location. My stay was deceived from the horrible customer service required. The manager was very unsupportive in a situation that was out of our control. He was unsympathetic and unresponsive. This manager does not deserve to be a manager in any hotel because he was rude and he did not take into consideration any of the things we were telling him. His predisposition was very informal. He was incompetent when dealing with customers.
Poor Camera troppo piccola per tre persone, invivibile. Un solo ascensore lentissimo per tutti i 14 piani. Colazione assolutamente insufficiente, così come anche la sala, che conteneva a malapena 20 persone. Ragazza alla reception un po’ scontrosa mente il ragazzo molto gentile e comprensivo quando abbiamo spiegato i nostri problemi. Room theif My room got booked underneath my nose Nothing at all
Poor Very disappointed room size of a (closet10x10 room at most )was very small not worth the price,bath room door handle was broken, we also found another guest hair tie on night table in plain sight- to me that means house keeping staff is not cleaning rooms properly Tub and grout needs a good cleaning Window in room was filthy wasn’t clean in years can’t see out Beds are not as good as other Laquita I’ve stayed at Pillows are horrible bring ur own Right near Central Park
