Worst stay I've ever had in NYC The drawers wouldn't stay closed, the windows don't open, the ac shut off in the middle of the night, the hangers don't fit in the too shallow closet, the door is 4" from the emergency exit door to the stairs which slammed shut all night long, there is gross dry 'stuff' that looks like semen on the glass slider to the bathroom. A glass slider? For real? The sheets are old and pilled. Close to Central Park. the staff were great.

I would like a refund really. I checked out at 7:30am and found a friends to stay instead The bathroom sinks hardware and things that cover the wall were off like a rodent could come in at any given moment. There were several holes in the wall as well in other places that were noticeable. The elevator was very dirty. Great location the front desk person was very pleasant and nice.

Bad New beds, cleaned and fresh, bigger rooms where sitting on the toilet allows you not to touch the sink, no bed bugs... the list goes on My mom woke up covered in bed bugs bites! Worst hotel ever! Everything was small room wasn't clean "breakfast" was a joke... 2 employees in the front desk were nice but unfortunately that's all I have good to say... Terrible stay
