Teleurstellend. het ontbijt was slecht en niet zoals het op de foto’s wordt afgebeeld. De kamer werd niet schoongemaakt, bed niet opgemaakt en handdoeken niet gewisseld. Excuus personeel tekort. Verhuur de kamer dan niet. Daardoor 1 dag eerder vertrokken maar krijg je geld niet terug. het bed
Really disappointing almost everything I did not like . The breakfast is JOKE Very Poor service by the morning staff , rude , not helpful at all and making fun of us while we asking them for help
overall it was ok Elevators where 100yrs old, they kept getting stuck and they make this horrible noice when u get on it! take the stairs. It was close to downtown..
did not enjoy our stay trash related, smelled like mildew and mold in the elevator to many drunk people and noise complaints
Very Poor The hotel is very dirty and is in need of a ton of maintenance. The carpet looks dirty like years of dirty and smell bad. The beds are uncomfortable. The doors of bathrooms was falling apart. The front door of the room was hit and light and air come through. The breakfast area was closed and breakfast was in the checking area without any table to eat. The only good thing about this place is location.

next time I'll spend a little more toy stay in a different hotel. Hopefully their staff is as nice. Parking is too expensive. Elevators were either not working well, or at all part of the time I was there. Breakfast was severely lacking and the coffee seemed watery, Shower in room 319 is either too cold or too hot, dangerously hot...... to actually use. the knob needs a tension adjustment so it stays where you want it to. Nicht zu empfehlen, 3 Sterne sind nicht gerechtfertigt Das Hotel macht einen heruntergekommenen Eindruck, der Aufzug und das Treppenhaus sind verschmutzt. Unser Zimmer war ebenfalls abgewohnt und sehr dunkel. Allerdings konnten wir das Zimmer wechseln, da die Elektrik nicht funktionierte. Das zweite Zimmer war schöner, heller und insgesamt ok. Never Again Bed had hairs in it. Was double charged for room. Room AC was broken, when given a new room on our second day, the first new room was already taken so we walked in on them. Someone was given our room as well and walked in on us our first night while we were sleeping [they left the door open, it got caught on the latch is how we found out.] Location was great for the events I had planned during my stay. The one person on staff I spoke with [Summer] was super helpful and very friendly.

I wouldn’t recommend this location. The cleanliness was horrible. As soon as we step into the elevator you see stains, spilled liquids, dirty walls, overall very dirty looking place. We arrive and the room is freezing! I can’t adjust the temperature because it is locked. We call maintenance and it takes 30 minutes+ to get there. The maintenance person states your new setup is horrible so he manually adjust the temperature. When we arrive, the tv does not work because the HDMI cable is missing.
