Disappointing Well I reserved a suite king bedroom and they gave me and my family just a regular knowing the world condition with the virus they only have valet parking and then charge you for parking I do not allow anyone in my car I feel that was not a good point with requirements from the CDC to keep our distance I will not return

Never again. A complete upgrade of facilities. The place is pretty run down. I expected a much nicer hotel considering it was in the middle of Historic downtown Austin. The carpet smelled and just didn't come across as safe.
