it’s a good place to stay a couple of days. no more than that. the staff is very friendly the facilities weren’t so clean our room had a problem and the toilet didn’t work the location is great

Quick walk to downtown and capitol building. Price was great! Nothing. Location and staff were friendly and welcoming. The front desk clerk, Jorge, was very friendly and welcoming. He greeted us by name each time we arrived or left. We also had to leave our bags on the day of check out at the front desk and they were extremely accommodating in holding them with a claim check ticket while we went exploring before our flight.
God bless... The room still had hair from previous people that were in that room. there was blood on the wall. Some amenities that it came with it didn't work or or not left there like for coffee or sugar or cups. I like that it was near the location that I was attending.
I felt Valued and Cared about.. The Staff The BEST part of my trip was a staff member by the name of GEORGE!! OUTSTANDING CUSTOMER SERVICE and each time I was locked out or my key wasn't working it's like he came out of NOWHERE to help. He's amazing and remembered my name each time and that felt so good. I called him my " Hero" because he helped out of nowhere with several things. I wanted to take him with me. he is so loyal to this hotel . He's awesome and I would come back just to have him remember me!!
