started bad ended good The other patron was very rude to me and the staff. I was accused of stealing her belongings. I was comped my room after some confusion with my room being double booked with a less than friendly patron

Good value for location The room was very warm as the AC did not seem to work properly. Parking is valet only so keep that in mind. Great location about a block away from the state Capitol. Great value for location.

Pleasant Needs updating - shower/tub had stains. Unclean feeling. Called front desk to bring up luggage cart. Waited 30 min. I could see the staff (2 younger women) from my room talking & laughing. I finally went and got it myself. Brandy was wonderful and very accommodating. Beds were decent, large room size
