Beds small ...close quarters in bathroom...did not shower.. tub had grime. See above Breakfast just ok. Room's air conditioner was blowing on us all night. It was hot...so we did need it on. Had to duck under the covers to sleep some. Outside building is quite dated. Thought we would be in an updated one but we reserved online. Please wipe up front entry doors....that is first impression. Thank You!

Okay Bad Value. I've actually been staying at this property on and off for 10 years. It's not being kept up. Mostly the exterior. Metal is rusting and staining. Concrete is cracking. I don't eat breakfast. Location is good for me.

Fair Room was not very clean on arrival. Furthermore, room service did not clean the toliets during our stay. The day shift lady and manager were very helpful and kind.

Customer Service and anticipation could have sent this over the top. Requested an early check in . The employee at the desk was rude and unaccomidating. Tried to check in 1.5 hours early. Was told there were no clean rooms available and all the employees were at lunch so apparently all the rooms were cleaned in an hour. A little hard to believe. The facility had the request a week in advance. The breakfast was good.

You felt she was rude because she couldn't fill your request. If no rooms are clean then we can't check you in. A request for an early check in is just a request. They are not guaranteed no matter how much in advance you requested it. If we are able to fill the request then we do.

Too old and in bad repair, might as well be a motel 6. The room was dirt and had bugs. The a/c blew right on the bed. It facility was noisy and hard to sleep at. We left after one day of our two stay. The facility is old, cramped and otherwise not comfortable. not much
