Very dissatisfied The room was supposed to be a 2 bedroom suite with double beds and pullout couch with microwave and fridge when I got to the room it was only 2 double beds no room for a family of 5 no microwave no fridge no pullout couch when addressed the front office was told I had to call booking.com at which I was told that the bathroom was the second room they had no remorce in there false advertisement and offers no solution other than to book me another room in which I would have to leave some of my children alone w... read more
Disappointing There was no toilet paper holder bar in the room, so it was on the back of the tank....really
Hairy floors Room was incredibly dirty with all different types of hair in the bathroom and vanity areas...nasty! Lock to bathroom broken and red stain (blood?) on carpet. Even though they say they are a non-smoking hotel, room smelled like stale cigarettes. Beer sticker on side of nightstand and bed pillows "like concrete blocks" as my children said. Would NOT recommend until rooms get an update and cleaning staff learn how to clean! Nothing
If you have an issue with noisy neighbors, management said to call the police myself Broken alarm clock, thank goodness I use my cell phone! Not that I needed an alarm, my noisy neighbors (2 rooms beside me, 2 rooms below me) were yelling, smoking in their front doorways, playing loud music, and throwing stuff to each other until 2 am. Who can sleep with that?!? Spoke to the neighbors, they were rude and didn't care. Not worth my money to expensive. Room wasn't very clean when intering. TV was hard to operate. WiFi didn't work on my phone. Maid was great
Never again We were Very unconvinced by not having a microwave. Also for being a completely smoke free hotel there were a lot of cigarette butts laying around the hotel and even saw an employee smoking. There were empty booze bottles all over the pool deck. Booking.com booked a double king for a family of 4 with micro and fridge. We ended up in a double queen because i called early to stay an extra night but room had no fridge or microwave.
