Poor Acid cleaner on the desk. Bathroom bathtub was filthy. Lights didn't work. I was told manager would contact me to make this good as I had played for 2 rooms.
Less than average Breakfast, air-conditioning unit old made noise while running. No eggs.You can microwave a frozen breakfast burrito.I do not eat that.Drank coffee and had a croissant.Poor start to my day

Fair Not worth the money room was dirty had to stand in water while taking a shower tub was dark brown stained . Blood on bed a very big stain . Wouldn’t come back

Okay When we enter the room there was a funny smell and it did not get away even when we try to air the room. The staff were nice and the children enjoyed the pool.

Too expensive for the quality The bathroom was dirty, the facility was in disrepair, and it was noisy from other occupants ahs dogs barking in rooms. It was convenient to the interstate.

would not go back there. would not recommend handicapped accessible for whom? bathroom door stuck badly. chair was low and small. no way wheel chair bound person could get in and out of tub without assistance.
It was a miserable 8 eight stay.... The room had a terrible smell and we could not get another room because hotel was completely full. The air conditioner kept kicking off and we would wake up hot. The Breakfast was terrible, all the muffins were stale, we tried 3 different mornings, then did not go down anymore. Our room was not cleaned one day because they were short staffed and I had to go to front office two more days to request that our room would be cleaned. Front office staff was very nice
