Okay For a non-smoking facility a room smell just like smoke and in the bathroom there was previous items from other previous guests nasty

I book with booking.com all the time and this was the first time I had a bad experience. I will nev The room smelled stinky. Outside our door there was split liquid and it was very sticky. The grounds had trash and cigarette butts every where. I felt unsafe because there were people sitting outside for hours. I did tell the person at the desk but she didn't seem to care about it. Over all enjoyed Rate change At check out time we found out our rate was changed from $55 we booked with Trevago to $65 per night
