Disappointing and tiring. Security was poor. TV reception was horrible. Wifi was very slow. I had to complain about my neighbors twice because of the noise they made in the middle of the night. The parking lot has a lot of garbage. Some sketchy looking people were roaming the hallways and I know they were not guests. The room and staff were great.

Management Location hard to find. Hidden behind casino. No one managing the front desk. Called the desk number took about ten minutes before anyone responded.

Employees should be more humble and not a stuck up! Specially to there guests The employees are judgemental there awful, I wish hadn't st@yed there: The room it's clean

Aggressive manager The manager was a very aggressive woman. She called the police because my reservation was not in her system. I will never return to this hotel chain. Be careful when staying here overnight.
Wake up calls Thin walls could hear guest next door. Beds were comfortable place was clean
