Troublesome front desk Front desk was either gone or lady is questioning too much when I’m trying to go in and out It was a cheap stay

You get what you pay for, it's cheap for a reason. Well this hotel isn't too bad ,but you get what you pay for. I'd called several times in advance to make sure my room had a fridge (the dont all have a mini fridge or a microwave) and when I finally got checked in which took some time, as I was using my husband's credit card, they had to send him a form via email for him to fill out his card info etc.Total hassle btw. NOOO They were not enforcing mask wearing so seemed like a major safety issue; multiple times saw staff without masks. The check in person couldn’t figure out our reservation; so put us into a different type room; only to find there was no micro/fridge. They fixed it but it took a lot of complaining and back and forth at 9p while trying to manage a toddler after traveling all day. Disappointing and tiring. Security was poor. TV reception was horrible. Wifi was very slow. I had to complain about my neighbors twice because of the noise they made in the middle of the night. The parking lot has a lot of garbage. Some sketchy looking people were roaming the hallways and I know they were not guests. The room and staff were great.

Management Location hard to find. Hidden behind casino. No one managing the front desk. Called the desk number took about ten minutes before anyone responded.
