Fair Breakfast hours where very short. Lots of people hanging around outside all night. Made me feel like my vehicle wasnt safe. Building smelled like smoke. Staff was very nice. Room was big. Price was good.

Fair they didn't clean our room

I wouldn't recommend this place nor stay there ever again. Service could had been better. This place o KY had one person dealing with the phones n checking people in and out. It was very stressful to watch one person do it all. The bag was a joke. Small bottle of water, a tiny Danish, n thr only thing decent was a yogurt. We paid $100.00 dollars for one night and we couldn't even get a cart to bring our bags down.

Horrible, Terrible!! I wish I could say lot about this stay. Everything!!! Starting with Booking.com, staff, cleanliness etc to the location taking you to a location that’s a dead end. In addition, Booking.com messed up my reservation and they could not find the confirmation after a long drive from the airport, my family was too tired and a place to rest but had to wait 2hrs to get in the hotel that’s not even worth the money. I did not like anything from this La Quinta Hotel, it’s the worst of all!

Bad Made a reservation for a double queen, after driving from Idaho, got to the location late in the evening to find out they had no double bed rooms. I would have found a different hotel if I knew this but was exhausted by the time we got there. Nothing was done regarding this, so I guess it’s ok to pay for a reservation room and just get whatever

Bed sheets and bathroom The staff was disorganized upon arrival. The bed sheets had stains and so did the pillow cases. The bathroom is not thoroughly cleaned and is very outdated. Furniture isn’t well kept. It was located conveniently.

Sleep is very important, I will look at staying at another hotel the next time. Beds were terrible did not sleep well. Mattress need to be changed, they were lumpy, un-even parts, some parts were hard and some parts were to soft in the bed. Location, Staff

Poor I got overcharged. Only stayed 1 night got charged for 2

You were not overcharged, but a charge is sometimes placed for other services that exceeds the final price and this is calculated by the front desk when the final bill is reconciled. Close to highway This hotel has weak Wi-Fi signals and poor connections. This is very inconvenient. The location is convenient and the room is clean.
