Uncomfortable and disappointed by how dirty it was in the rooms. The room was not clean and there were stains on the bedspread. We discovered bedbugs crawling on us and were bitten several times. Staff moved us to another room but it was hard to be comfortable knowing there were bedbugs. Staff were helpful.

Bad Everything was a hassle from the moment I checked in til I checked out. Asked for maid service and didn't get it then asked for towels and was told I had to wait til morning. I couldn't even watch tv cause I didn't get a remote and the tv only had an on & off button. When I asked for one they couldn't produce one. Worst service ever

Awful small bathroom, somebody hair on the towel, towels were not changed every day. Homeless person in the hallway. A p I said already! Nothing

Disappointing The bed was hard on the edge and caved in the middle. The breakfast was supposed to be ready at 6, and the person didnt have it ready until 7. The staff was friendly.

Disappointing The room was really small and the bed was super uncomfortable. Also the adjoining rooms walls are very thin and we had to listen to another couple fight the whole night. Staff was really nice and the value was decent.
