Very Poor We were arriving later in the evening and it was difficult to find using maps navigation app. It told me to turn and I had arrived, and the hotel was nowhere in site. It was dark - No signage. Nothing. I had to call to get directions. As we walked into our room the first thing we saw was a bunch of stains on the bedding. We called to ask for new bedding and the lady at the front desk obliged. Said she would bring it up. We asked at 930pm, she didn’t show up until after 1030pm. Fair For the most part the staff are great except the General manager.

I was not impressed and will go elsewhere on my next stay The mattress had the comfort of a brick. A small refrigerator and microwave would have been a nice feature. It would have been nice to have more than one bar of soap in the room. It will be nice when and if a real breakfast ever comes back, some snacks in a bag hardly qualify as breakfast. We traveled with our two dogs, staff was quite receptive to this.

Not a safe place, too many things wrong in the room, smell of cigarette smoke in the room. Toilet ran constantly, room smelled of cigarette smoke, red light flashes on the phone - the only way to stop it was to unplug the phone, super sketchy people in the hallways - I suspect drug activity was going on. Doesn’t feel like a safe place at all. Friendly staff

Disappointing Terrible beds. Mine had a huge dip and I got stabbed by a spring. It was cheap. After 17 hours of travel it was a welcome stop.
