Oh my The carpet was pretty dirty. Made my kids feet black from walking on it. And the pool that was advertised was open because it was not in season yet (In July) not sure how that works. And the breakfast was ok but I had to find a worker and ask for everything this is the only place I've been to that didn't breakfast out for everyone and the coffee tasted like it was reheated from the day before. And there was no soap and had only one towel in the room.

Poor Beds uncomfortable, No soap because they "ran out". Breakfast was a joke.

Poor During the 1st night the hotel was overbooked and we didn't get a room that we had booked so we couldn't fit all in 1 queen bed. My wife was bitten by bed bugs in the 1st room we slept in. The next room was ok. The staff provided us with a fridge after we asked.

Fair Not very clean. Hallways were real dirty and walls cut open. Breakfast area had broken microwave so staff had to offer to heat up food in the back. Room was descent. Bed was comfortable Staff was friendly

Ehhh The wifi was non existing. We got our room downgraded and they agreed to refund some of the cost us but never actually happen. Attempted to call during business hours no one would answer to discuss said refund

Fair The bed was incredibly uncomfortable :( old and sunken in. Also only Waffles for breakfast? The room atmosphere and the people and the front desk

Very Poor No hot water. Filthy door ways in bathroom. Shower faucet pulled from wall. Wet carpet. Had to change rooms. TV didn't work. Breakfast not as advertised. Bathrooms locked. Water line broke and large loud fans everywhere due to wet carpet including dinning room. Lights went out in hall way and had to walk in dark. No internet for 2 days. Pool closed.
