Fair It’s somewhat rundown. Old carpet and brown stains on the walls. The smell bothered me, too. Might be some kind of carpet cleaner or something. But the fresh, clean smell of many nicer hotels. It’s inexpensive, close to the highway and had breakfast.

Fair Unfortunately, it was very noisy with Soccer kids partying all night so got no sleep. Comfortable and nice rooms. Staff was very friendly. Great breakfast.

Not worth it The AC was at 60, but the room was over 67F. It wouldn't stay on to chill off the room. The smell in the room/hotel is atrocious. Bring a freebreez spray with you. Staff was either non existent when you need them or make you feel like you're intruding on their time when they were present. Find another hotel. Walking distance to our fave breakfast restaurant, Patty's Egg Nest.

It was a room. My reservation was cancelled, the manager did work to get us a room after a couple hours, initially no water in the room, ie the sink and toilet, there was poop on the toilet seat. Bagged breakfast due to Covid. What was in the bag was mediocre at best

It is overpriced compared to other places that charge the same and offer much more value. Staff was slow (waited 45 minutes to get into our room even though we had reservations). No towel rack for hand towel. No Klenex in the bath sink area. Bed was very comfortable

Fair The property could use some paint to make it not so rough looking. We had to change rooms since the first one smelled of cigarette smoke. The location was good for a stop over on our trip.
