Fair It smelled like smoke in the hallways. Went for breakfast and only thing they had available the two days we stayed was waffles. The juice machine was out of order so there was nothing to drink. You weren't allowed to use the restrooms in the hotel unless you used the one in your room. The curtain in our room had a big rip down it. The police patrolled that parking lot often at night. Fair The shower in the room got backed up and would not drain so we had to use a room that was one floor up to shower at almost midnight. Also multiple times we never got the clean towels we asked for

Uncomfortable and disappointed by how dirty it was in the rooms. The room was not clean and there were stains on the bedspread. We discovered bedbugs crawling on us and were bitten several times. Staff moved us to another room but it was hard to be comfortable knowing there were bedbugs. Staff were helpful.
