Fair The shower in the room got backed up and would not drain so we had to use a room that was one floor up to shower at almost midnight. Also multiple times we never got the clean towels we asked for

Uncomfortable and disappointed by how dirty it was in the rooms. The room was not clean and there were stains on the bedspread. We discovered bedbugs crawling on us and were bitten several times. Staff moved us to another room but it was hard to be comfortable knowing there were bedbugs. Staff were helpful.

Bad Everything was a hassle from the moment I checked in til I checked out. Asked for maid service and didn't get it then asked for towels and was told I had to wait til morning. I couldn't even watch tv cause I didn't get a remote and the tv only had an on & off button. When I asked for one they couldn't produce one. Worst service ever
