Very Poor No hot water. Filthy door ways in bathroom. Shower faucet pulled from wall. Wet carpet. Had to change rooms. TV didn't work. Breakfast not as advertised. Bathrooms locked. Water line broke and large loud fans everywhere due to wet carpet including dinning room. Lights went out in hall way and had to walk in dark. No internet for 2 days. Pool closed. The price was reasonable, but the room and environment was not reasonable! This hotel's pool was closed although other locations are opened already (even with scheduled time frames) The Fitness room was closed The breakfast was either tea or coffee and a waffle maker without the toppings available. The room was small and didn't have a microwave or mini fridge (I had to convert the bathroom sink into a cooler to keep my fruit and snacks cold since there wasn't a fridge. Fair It smelled like smoke in the hallways. Went for breakfast and only thing they had available the two days we stayed was waffles. The juice machine was out of order so there was nothing to drink. You weren't allowed to use the restrooms in the hotel unless you used the one in your room. The curtain in our room had a big rip down it. The police patrolled that parking lot often at night.
