Not a safe place, too many things wrong in the room, smell of cigarette smoke in the room. Toilet ran constantly, room smelled of cigarette smoke, red light flashes on the phone - the only way to stop it was to unplug the phone, super sketchy people in the hallways - I suspect drug activity was going on. Doesn’t feel like a safe place at all. Friendly staff

Disappointing Terrible beds. Mine had a huge dip and I got stabbed by a spring. It was cheap. After 17 hours of travel it was a welcome stop.

Troublesome front desk Front desk was either gone or lady is questioning too much when I’m trying to go in and out It was a cheap stay

You get what you pay for, it's cheap for a reason. Well this hotel isn't too bad ,but you get what you pay for. I'd called several times in advance to make sure my room had a fridge (the dont all have a mini fridge or a microwave) and when I finally got checked in which took some time, as I was using my husband's credit card, they had to send him a form via email for him to fill out his card info etc.Total hassle btw. NOOO They were not enforcing mask wearing so seemed like a major safety issue; multiple times saw staff without masks. The check in person couldn’t figure out our reservation; so put us into a different type room; only to find there was no micro/fridge. They fixed it but it took a lot of complaining and back and forth at 9p while trying to manage a toddler after traveling all day. They over charged us, and then took forever to Get it sorted out all while we are standing in the lobby with people walking in and out without mas... read more
