Value was good and nice staff but seemed a little oudated,not up to standards The dead bolt in room was broken off door, towel handles were broke, out dated and no coffee pot in room. First hotel I've been to in the last year where pool was closed . Also did not like I was charged up front,I have never experienced this and was not able to split bill because of this Staff was very friendly and loved the coffee in lobby at all times

Bad Probably the dirtiest place I have ever slept. Toilets had feces on toilet seat, room smelled like cigarettes, tub had feet prints in it, sheets had hair, a few bugs in it and smelled horribly. TV said no reception and didn't function. Location

We slept and showered but will not be back. The AC barely blew, it was very muggy in the room. It was an older room that needs updating but we were just there to sleep and shower. BUT the hot water knob was broken off in the shower. There was black hair in the shower. The carpet felt gross to walk on barefoot. Upon checking out I informed the front desk lady about the knob. Dirty Found cigarette and trash in room. Electricity went out while showering. Safety lock on door very loose which was scary because I heard gun shots around 1:00 am and I was traveling by myself to pick up husband. Front staff very friendly

The latch is a privacy latch that keeps other keys from working when it's engaged. We have checked with local law enforcement, there were no reports of gunshots at that time. This is a safe area and we haven't had any gun-related incidents.
Bad employees Staff was rude. My kids spilt a drink on the bed and the staff Told me they didn't have extra blankets at all. Rooms were ok. Not the cleanest. Value

Fair I don't understand why one I booked a room way early enough was still made for an upstairs room when I wanted a downstairs room we got there right at 3:00 and was told that had no downstairs room which check in was not till 3:00 but we didn't have a room at 3:05 downstairs and then get up the next morning to go get breakfast and they've got a sack with juice boxes of fruit and a muffin in it went on the website it says breakfast included and now Texas is 100% open back up they should have had breakfast Closest to the be... read more

Due to the high demand for Spring break, rooms were in short supply and we tried to accommodate all guests as best as we could. We apologize that we could not meet all of your requests. Even though Texas is 100% open we have to follow the franchise guidelines which still do not allow buffet-style breakfast to be served. We offer the grab-and-go option as an alternative in the meantime.
Very Poor It really needs some attention, beds are not comfortable. This is our 3 rd year staying. Not next year. Close to track, good price

Won’t recommend to others The room had an old musty smell in it. No coffee maker in the room. Room looked old and definitely needs upgrading. Just an old hotel that needs remodeling Bed was comfortable though. Pillows firm which I did like. Won’t stay here in the future though!
