Fair They advertised breakfast but failed to say it was brown bag. The place is under some type of construction.. so it wasn’t the cleanest. Room was clean beds were comfortable
Fair Last night of stay in hotel. The is a fire smell coming through AC vent and fire trucks sirens nervy. We call the front desk to see how close the fire was and the person at desk said they were too busy to answer our question and to call back tomorrow. It is the hotel worker’s job to make sure that all of the people staying there are out of harms way and kept informed if the event of o real fire happens, not to say that they don’t have time to answer our question. Cannot reccomend. Much better value in Seattle and other areas. NOISE everywhere, construction around hotel outside rooms, and everywhere across street - building bridge throughout the night. Beds ok, but pillows were horrible. room showed lots of wear and tear, did not feel comfortable. no laundry facilities - under construction. Should have been told about all construction and lack of amenities prior to arrival. Really cannot reccommend this hotel. We left and found another hotel 2 days into a 10 day trip. Fair The pool was closed for renovation, but there was no warning on the website or in the lobby. The bed was too soft- almost worn out. The room was really well cleaned, the water pressure made it a good shower. The air conditioning worked great and the grab and go breakfast was better than expected.
Have stayed at other LA Quinta this was disappointing. No pool. Pool not open. All the construction going on. The grab and go breakfast not a fan. Website did not mention these issues. Never said it was a grab and go breakfast Only rec 1 tiny bar of soap. . The Bed was comfortable. Room was good size Room was clean .
I think this was the worst Hotel i ever stayed in regards of price, service and facility. Rail road construction in front of my window all night long
Disappointing Bed was lumpy & lopsided.
If you like feeling like you are in the middle of the freeway then this is your hotel. Parking bad, noise unbearably loud. the front desk forgot two people in the room and had to remind her as she questioned us going upstairs, awkward. The property had construction people parking all over the customer parking. One truck took up 6 parking spots. Again as in many hotels the breakfast is not good. Pay little more and stay in better place Where can I start? There's an ongoing construction next door and the workers and construction business took a lot of already limited parking spaces for their supplies, their equipment and to park their company cars leaving only couple spots left for late arriving hotel guests. Noises are unbearable starting around 6:30am. Toilet in our room wasn't attached properly and every time someone used it it shifted with loud grinding noise.
