Awesome very poor breakfast
False fire alarm at 11.15 PM , its very disturbing ! very bad house keeping Location
Fair I was told I could have a late check out of 1pm. Do not disturb sign on the door. As I am walking out of the shower the cleaning staff tried barging in to my room. (Thank goodness for the latch lock). Not ok!!!! There was no communication between front desk and cleaning staff. It was noted on my account. I hate to say it, but it wasn't the greatest 1st experience.
false advertisement the sheets were stained. pool, hot tub, laundry and breakfast area were “under maintenance” when website showed fully accessible. the breakfast was bagged with just a couple items and hard as a rock. very disappointed. the top blanket of the bed felt like thin canvas which was horrible.
Fair There should be microwaves in the room for the price that is charged, especially since breakfast isn't offered There was no breakfast due to COVID-19.. However there was no microwave in the room for the price of the rooms.
Love the staff but guest have no common decency! Another guest kept repeatly slamming the door which startled me. I notified front desk (no complaints very nice offered another room but I was already in bed, body was in pain, had all items out already and front desk went out of their way to stop it) but with the door repeatedly being slammed this was an aweful stay that cost me $110.00 and for only 9.5 hrs. Of quiet, so not worth it. I've stayed at this hotel 6 times this yr. If I stay here again I will ask for no neighbors.... read more
Never again There was no microwave in the room. The hot tub, pool and laundry were being renovated, which we were not informed of when making the reservation. THEN halfway through our stay, our room keys didn’t work. We went down and advised them and they issued new keys. However, what they failed to tell us was, they had accidentally checked us out of our room because “someone went in and gave them our room number and they checked us out. Bad When I booked this nothing said that the pool was under construction
Not Floors were sticky. Gnats were flying around. Smelled old and musty and not a clean or sanitized odor which you would expect these days especially. Had to air it out and spray perfume to mask the unpleasant smell. The staff were very nice and professional. Lobby was nice and the location very accessible. Price was good and beds comfortable. Everything looked clean and tidy in the room.
