Bad I didn't get the exact room I booked online
Comfy beds but moldy coffee makers. And they don't recycle!!! There was mold in the coffee machine and construction that woke me up going on outside. Also, the showers only went hot and I couldn't adjust the tempature. And more importantly— they don't recycle !!! Yet everything from soup to the breakfast they give out is wrapped in plastic!! Really super comfy beds!!
Very unfortunate experience I accidentally got locked out of the bathroom at 11:45pm. Had to get dressed and ask for front desk person to come help. They brought a screwdriver and totally dismantled the door knob. Why is there a self locking or any locking mechanism on a bathroom door(??) I asked front desk at checkout for a 5 or 10 percent discount accommodation for the inconvenience. He said he couldn’t but his mgr would call me the next day. Several days later- still no call. Disappointing The bed was broken
Bad We booked this room because it was close to the airport, offered a shuttle And advertised free breakfast. No free breakfast or airport shuttle. And when I talked with the front desk was told no discount
Disappointing The rooms were not up to date, furniture, and desk has large scratches and didn’t look good. Mini fridge had not been cleaned and smelled bad. Very loud with workers in the outside of the building.
Nope. The sheets were either falling apart, or were washed with a bunch of towels! They were quite bumpy with loose pilling everywhere. See pictures. Even after brushing well, with a clothes brush. I had to put on sweat pants to sleep! I wanted to post 2 pictures: 1) A picture of what the sheets looked like after brushing them (better, but still bumpy) 2) A photo of under my pillow. Disgusting!
