Nice place very noisy Our room , unknown to us, was next to the prep area for the 6 am breakfast. At 530 am we were awaken by lots of noise from the prep work. Also the king sized bed was like sleeping on concrete. Newer property, clean and friendly
We stayed for one night and it was fine. Bathroom could have been cleaned a lot better. There were yellow streaks on the door and wall. There was a piece of baseboard missing by the bathroom door. Sheets were very thin. I didn’t personally hear a lot of traffic. Close to the Alderwood mall. Staff was very kind and helpful.
Poor My a.c unit did not work at all and it was hot as hell all night long didn't sleep very well at all Comfortable

The AC unit was not operating due to not placing a keycard in the entrance of the room. I am so sorry that my staff did not properly communicate that to you. If you are ever in the area again and would like to give us an opportunity I would like to give you a future discounted stay.

Will not go back again or recommend. Staff was rude. And didn't seem to have knowledge on anything. It just wasn't worth the money I spent. It felt like staying at motel 6. Food was awful. Location was ok. The coffee was ok.
