Stay was unpleasant My room was in basement felt damn . Hair dryer was broken and tv remote didn’t work location. Easy access to Manhattan. Plenty of different restaurants

We are working hard to improve our provided services and hope you will return to experience them with a future stay.
It was awful. I want a refund. Everything. The staff was rude upon arrival. They were very unprofessional. there was an issue with leaking toilet that was leaking urine. I had to ask 3 times for someone to fix it and was never offered a different room. I had to ask for them to move us. The beds are very uncomfortable, the showers were dirty, the ac hardly worked. Overall, a terrible experience. Absolutely nothing.
