Always better is possible. Waste of money The front desk personnel was very rude. They do not even Wear a Uniform or any kind of Proper cloth. They were like people on the street. They dont let me use elevator to carry the luggages and they did not help. There was no housekeeping service during my 4 night stay. The internet connection was a huge problem. I lost connection in every 20-30 minutes. Hotel was near the metro Station and easy to reach Manhattan with a single train (no 7)

It has grown from good to bad as I had stayed in this hotel about four times. No breakfast offered as stated on their website. The room was not cleaned all through 2 days. I was told nothing could be done, when complained about the light in the room that was poorly lit. The response was bad. The bed was comfortable

Will never return. The fact that my body is covered in insect bites after staying in this hotel. I have stayed in many hotels and have had this happen. If you want internet service go outside, doesn't work in room.

Bad experience No breakfast, room keys don't work No breakfast, room door card keys were not working, I complaint but saw que if guests at reception saying the same thing. Everytime you go out to room can't enter due to room key dont work.... Reception guy will come to open your room everytime and it's really bad experience
