In general it was a good hotel to stay in and hope I will come back again. Good breakfast.
Unacceptable! The room was not wheelchair assessable. The staff was not welcoming. Could afford to have a porter or bellhop. This is a second/third rate hotel. It should be evaluated for use by handicapped individuals. It’s a shame to have it labeled as a La Quinta /Wyndham property. I have stayed a numerous properties and had not seen anything like this one. There was not much too like.

Overall, good, met our needs for a place to stay in NY and train #7 is
Very Poor Everything - even after I spoke with the reception and complained about the unacceptable noise. As said this room is so noisy that i couldn't sleep the whole night. The room is by elevator so you hear continuous machine running noise and very strange noise inside the room every time when the water goes on in other rooms. I think it's because the pipes are pretty old.
