Exceptional
A great place to stay We go to Allen once a year and this is where we always stay. The location is great - easy access to where we need to be. And, the Village is close so there are lots of stores and restaurants nearby.
Pleasant Right next to the elevator, we heard it ding beginning around five in the morning. The dog policy is nice, but not if you're on a floor where the dog barks nonstop. Many complained, but the dog continued to bark until we left at 10AM. We should have requested a room change, because our neighbors were terribly rude. They had a large group and left the latch in several doors. After two times asking to please close the door and gently knock, they told us it wasn't even 10pm. Excellent
Not so quiet last two nights we stayed. Basketball teams were very noise when they came in at night
Great place to stay. The mattress was not very comfortable and the sheets are scratchy. The breakfast was excellent but I would have preferred scrambled eggs not the egg pancake.

Nice and clean The bed was very stiff for us. Convenience to everything.
