Not terrible The first room had mold where the refrigerator was. They Changed my room which was very nice except beside the fridge was so thick with dust, the sink was cracked, there was mold in the caulk around the tub. There were public hairs in the tub and dust on top of both head boards. They didn't have decaf coffee out all 3 days. They did make some each day I ask. The breakfast was fair. The staff were all very nice.

The staff was great but the rooms could use some work. The room was not very nice. Could use some updating. The staff

The stay was short as we had come to visit with relatives in Venus, but the hotel was fine. Definitely improve on your breakfast. The bed was pretty hard for me too. The breakfast was very slim. There was nothing hot except the coffee. No eggs, just a bagel? I was disappointed in the breakfast as it was touted as a "full breakfast".

Fair Bed was hard and the room was very humid even with ac down and the breakfast was limited and poor

Fair Beds were very uncomfortable. The front desk could not get our room cards to work in the beginning. shower didn't seem to have a lot of pressure.

Not very welcoming. There was a female staff person who said a dog was barking on the floor above ours. She reported our dog as the one barking but we were on the floor below the one where the dog was barking. A male staff moved toward our dog in a hostile manner to show he believed it was our dog barking. We reported this attitude at checkout. We'll never stay at this hotel again. The breakfast was good. It was tasty and hot.

Bad We had multiple rooms, all smelled of smoke and the bed were hard as a rock. As soon as we open the door and took three steps into the room you immediately could smell the cigarettes. Thought maybe it was only our room by after checking with others theirs was the same way. We were only there for 10 minutes and that included checking out and we found a different location to start at.

We are so sorry that this happened. It is so frustrating when guests smoke in the hotel, even though they pay a hefty fine, some will still do it. When this happens, they do not understand that all floors and rooms can smell it. We hope to serve you better in the future.
