Fair Bed was terrible hard, barely slept. Elevator had no ac and looked like it was being updated. Clean and updated.
I was disappointed in the hotel room and booking.com. The elevator smells horribly. I had booked a room with a jacuzzi included but when I got to the hotel, that’s not the room I got. They wouldn’t fix it. Booking.com apparently messed up the booking but they won’t make it right either. DO NOT BOOK A JACUZZI ROOM ONLINE! The breakfast is good and the people are nice.

Renovation in Progress Painters worked in the hallway until late at night. Paper and debris on the floor in the hallway. No ice bucket in room and when I reported to the front desk they couldn’t provide one. “Breakfast” was in a bag... Great location close to Motorhome Specialist

During this unfortunate time, we are providing a brown bag breakfast and coffee. I apologize for any inconvenience with the renovation and the covid situation and Ice bucket .
Disappointing Hotel is under construction and sheetrock dust is everywhere. Advertised free breakfast, indoor pool and pet friendly. None is true. Breakfast is just coffee. Pool is closed. 20 dollars a night fee to register your dog..

I was not impressed with the quality of the hotel (ie. cleanliness).The staff however was very nice. The initial room I was given had dead bugs everywhere. Also when I book the reservation it said there would be a hot tub in my Executive Suite but there was not one. The location was great.

The day you stayed was when we had our grass got cut and our AC vent was open because we cleaned it, but in the process some bugs had came, but this usually never happens.
