Bad The guy receptionist was so rude . i expected better.

It was good for the most part Need thicker curtains to block the light at night so you can sleep Breakfast was not as good no meat no eggs

Disappointing
Poor The room furnishings were rough. The sheets on the bed had holes in them. The dead bolt and door showed obvious signs of forced entry and the latch was barely holding on... lighting could be better with brighter bulbs... Staff are friendly and courteous.

Good Room needed some updating. Repair blemishes and paint. Shower curtain rod was broken.
Had to change rooms late at night due to malfunctioning lockbox. Breakfast was very basic. Clean rooms

The price was decent bad I was not happy we did not get the deluxe we pay the extra for my little do To start the man that checked us in type me a had a regular King when I looked it up on my phone it was a deluxe King just like I told him and he told me I was wrong clearly I was not so have paid for something I did not get I thought he was a little rude he did not like we were getting a discount also the beds are not soft crummy pillows as well The place was clean

Im sorry for the confusion on your reservation, but the room you booked is the Deluxe King, which is a regular king room. The next level up is a extended king with a pull out sofa. The website can be a little confusing. I apologize for all the confusion.
Awesome Needs serious updating. Elevator smelled as though it was running hot. Spa didn't have heat. And, to top it off the morning we were leaving I realize my grandboy's were sleeping in a bed with a bloody comforter. Gross.... Housekeeping tried very hard to make the place shine.
