Very Poor Elevator smelled like a sweaty armpit! On website it said pool was open 24 hrs but was open 10-10 and said it was a strict policy, however there were kids in the pool before 9 am one morning! Housekeeping knocked on door at 8 am! I stepped on a vacuum cleaner cord they left in the hall and fell! Wife got 4 bruises on her legs due to a bigetal piece sticking out side of bed next to a filthy wall!!!!! Totally unsatisfied! Worst stay ever!
Okay I did not like anythibg about it. The hotel would not comp my room for the broke down pool situation and i explained to them that was the only reason i chose to stay at their hotel and the again refused to comp the room or discoubt the room. Awful management decision. The floor in my room was gross. The pool broke down and i asked for a dicounted rate for an extra day to accommodate the pool situation and they refused.

Very disappointed. Carpet was very, very sticky. Felt gross on bare feet. Had to wear shoes just to go to the restroom. Bathroom was not very clean. There was mold growing around the tub. Breakfast eggs were very dry. Not quality items to choose from. Location was very close to our venue.

We've stayed here before, but won't again. The shower didn't drain. This is unacceptable, especially when you have more than one person needing the shower. Also, the outlet I plugged my phone into didn't work, so my phone was at 1% when I woke up. The bed was comfortable!
Good The hot tub was not working during our stay. After a 14 hour drive it would have been nice to know. I invited family over who drove 36 hours and are older and in a lot of pain to come soak. We were disappointed that no one told us at check in. They allow pets.
Property ok but will not stay at property again. Waffle maker didn't work. The second morning had to go out to get breakfast because there was no food or little food available at 8 am. Presented credit card for payment and property put a hold on the card I had on file with booking.com AND card I presented for payment. Tied up funds on both cards. Had to call property 3 times to get corrected. Desk agents attitude about the situation left a lot to be desired. King size bed was great. A lot of fast food restaurants nearby.
