terrible When I checked in I asked for a very important wake up call at 415 am. I never got the call and missed a very important business meeting at 6am Nothing

Fair Security... Several rooms were booked by team members. One of our team members truck was stolen from the gas station across from hotels... it was found but the guy that stoled it was see rooming the halls & outside of the hotel all hours of the night. It was also seen that one of the hotel employees were letting him in!. My husband took out our dog @3am & seen him also! Bathroom very well stock with supplies & Nice towels

Disappointing Grubby. Hair in bathtub. Not going back. Plus why did I book through you guys to get the rate they already give? Close to where I needed to go
Wouldn't recommend, especially for families traveling with children The hotel was dirty, it smelled bad. My friend had dog food in the carpet in her room when she checked in. Since it was the only rooms available in the area we just toughed it out. It wasn't the worst I've ever been in, but the issues could be easily fixed. The entire hotel including the pool area needs a good cleaning. The price was too high for what we had. The elevator was broken and there were bugs in our room. I won't be staying inn Alvarado again.
It was an ok stay and they did provide us with a cot for our third child to sleep on. Didn't like that we had to plung our own toilet. When we called to say our toilet was plugged someone came up with a plunger and just gave it to us and then told us what closet we could put it in when we were done. Good location just off the freeway near a lot of fast food restaurants such as Sonic, mcDonalds, Dominos Pizza.
