Bad first they gave us the wrong room number elevator not working had to come down like three times had to wake up some guest cause if the wrong number they gave us total mess

Was not happy with our stay at all. Room smelled terribly. Dog rooms should not have carpet in them. The elevator could give someone a spinal injury. When it went down, it hit the ground so hard it would jolt your whole body. Location and bed was okay

It worked for what we needed. The staff was very nice but the property was disappointing. The property definitely needs some remodeling and the rooms smell like mildew or mold.

Disappointing. so many things went wrong from no AC electrical and plumbing. Not to mention the elevator wasn’t working. And they were never able to get a hold of the manager to issue a discount or familiar. i have stayed before.

I have stayed in worse places but will try a different one next time. The shower curtain was too short and when you showered water went all over bathroom floor. Tub was very slick. Location was good

Very Poor the cleanliness of the room Room had a really bad odor and pillows were very uncomfortable

Poor I checked into the hotel, and did not stay longer than an hour. The hotel was not representative of the pictures on line. There were homeless people sleeping outside of the building. There were construction crewmen outside with chairs, drinking and smoking. The room was not clean. You can tell where it was an attempt to fix a leaking spot on the ceiling. I would not stay again. I would please like at least half of my money back; as I have already requested. N/A
