my stay was on a day by day basis because of home repairs and they always found room for me. Clean and comfortable room. Good location and great breakfast. Customer service excellent.?

Good Beds were hard. Difficult to keep the room cool and had to keep dumping the water from the dehumidifier Rooms were clean and updated.

A great stay! And with a 15 minutes walk of a great Mexican Resturant. The waffle maker took to long, and burnt a lot of peoples waffles. Needed to have some type of spray available. The staff was friendly and helpful. Rooms were clean and comfy!
The operator was dismissive. It was HOT! I called rhe operator 3 times to ask how to turn on the ceiling fan, he said there IS a remote...there wasn't. I asked how to work the ac...he said just follow the instructions. There was a fan, a portable AC and the AC and it was still too hot!! Decor

I laid in someone else's bodily fluids🤢🤮 e pulled into this hotel at 7:15pm. We needed a one night stay to board a cruise ship the next day. We dropped our stuff off in the room qhen we got there then left to go eat dinner. We got back around 10pm. Mind you check in was at 4pm and I hadn't even got in the bed yet. I went to lay down and it just felt moist and humid in the room already but I laid there thinking it was just muggy, NO! That was not the case! MY BED WAS WET!!! Alot of paint missing wall and ceiling have marks need to be repainted Room door already open before arriving
