Could of been cheaper The ac had Mildew on it, the door frame to bathroom had rust spots, there was no plain creamer for coffee. Only sweetened or milk. Check in history was super friendly and helped us have a room early for us. It was nice that they had breakfast for us.

For over $100 a night, go somewhere else. Def not worth the price They were short on linens and would not provide me extra towels or blankets. My kid had an Accident in the bed and I had to fight to get linens which I had to do myself and they only gave me new sheet, no blankets. The pool towels, they tell u to leave outside in the bin when ur done but be careful doing that bc if u want to swim later in the evening, they will NOT give you more towels so I guess they expect u to dig out ur old towels from the bin outside. Disappointing
Never again, filthy! It was unclean you had to search for staff upon checking in the a/c was not working very hot and humid. The room was unclean no towel to shower with the handrails in the shower were broken. It was close to family.

Fair Could not use tub..no stopper for bath and no way to to turn shower head on to shower. Not a pleasing experience!!! Cleanliness, size, and accessibility.

Bad first they gave us the wrong room number elevator not working had to come down like three times had to wake up some guest cause if the wrong number they gave us total mess

Was not happy with our stay at all. Room smelled terribly. Dog rooms should not have carpet in them. The elevator could give someone a spinal injury. When it went down, it hit the ground so hard it would jolt your whole body. Location and bed was okay
