Unhappy We booked an executive suite with a king size bed and pull out couch and did not receive that. There was no couch in our room and no where for my granddaughter to sleep aside from with us. The coffee pot in the room didn’t work and the room was hot. I went to talk to the front desk and they said they had plumbing issues for the executive suites so they put us in a different room. I was very dissatisfied with our stay and didn’t even stay the full two nights because it was so uncomfortable.

Ripped me off The management and staff. It was 10 am and I received a knock on the door saying house keeping. I told her I had until 11. She said talk to front desk. I did and I was correct. That night my friend went to the desk to complain about the toilet leaking. I get charged for a busted toilet. I didn’t break the toilet. Also a stain in the comforter that couldn’t be removed. Fair I did not like being charged an additional 8 dollars at check in, for a hotel convenience fee. The fee is not mentioned anywhere while booking the hotel. You are forced to prepay for your reservation,and it is not refundable. So at check in you either pay the 8 dollars or forfeit your reservation dollars. This seems kind of shady to me.

Fair My room was very humid I have really bad allergies and that made it worse. The carpet was humid and sticky. They even had a unedifying machine in my room. Did move cause my mother is a 83 lady and my aunt 73 so it was convenient. For them not far from the main entrance. Place breakfast was delicious nice and warm. Staff very gentle and friendly.

Alvin La Quinta was a big disappointment. The extra 4 dollar service charge was a surprise. You should make this known in the posting of the price! The staff were also rude and the breakfast was terrible, microwaved gray sausage and rubbery eggs. I will never stay here again. Location

Poor Power went out during the night and breakfast was sup par. Later was charged an additional $4 for motel services. Unacceptable. Room was clean and comfortable.
